Role Description The Precision Manufacturing Incharge is responsible for overseeing day-to-day precision manufacturing activities, ensuring that production schedules are met and processes adhere to quality standards. This full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad involves planning and coordinating manufacturing operations, supervising shop-floor teams, and monitoring the performance of machines and tools used for high-accuracy production. The role includes implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, optimizing workflow and resource utilization, and resolving operational issues to minimize downtime.

The Precision Manufacturing

Incharge will collaborate with design,



maintenance, and training teams to support continuous improvement, ensure safety compliance, and contribute to the institute’s technical excellence in precision manufacturing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to schedule, coordinate, and monitor precision manufacturing activities.
- Candidates should possess solid expertise in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management to oversee shop-floor processes and optimize resource utilization.
- Candidates should possess proven abilities in Quality Control to maintain standards, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with relevant specifications.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of precision machining, tooling, CNC operations, and related manufacturing technologies.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and a focus on safety.
