Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions. /n Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs. /n Configure and customize PPM modules such as Project Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Demand Management, Time Management, and Financial Management. /n Define project governance frameworks, workflows, KPIs, and reporting dashboards. /n Integrate PPM solutions with ERP, HRMS, Finance, and other enterprise applications. /n Conduct solution workshops, fit-gap analysis, UAT, and production deployment. /n Provide leadership in project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
