We're looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to support a global enterprise organisation's analytics function, helping to deliver reporting, Power BI dashboards, data pipelines and AI-enabled solutions to be based in India .

You'll be doing:

- Ad hoc analysis, recurring reports, and forecasting
- Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards & semantic models
- Hands on work where you’d own things end-to-end from understanding the problem through to building dashboards, delivering insights
- Applying AI to speed up (not replace) analytical work

You'll need:

- Robust SQL and DAX ; end-to-end Power BI experience
- Microsoft Fabric experience (Lakehouse, Pipelines, Notebooks)
- Individual contributor: ability to work independently and solve problems , not just execute tickets
- Python/PySpark a plus
