Job Responsibilities : /n Drive customer retention initiatives for the Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio. /n Monitor insurance business performance, MIS, and portfolio analytics. /n Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements. /n Handle reconciliations related to insurance business and payouts. /n Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless business operations. /n Prepare and analyze MIS reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel. /n Work closely with sales, operations, product, finance, and insurance partners to achieve business objectives. /n /n Candidate Profile: /n Hands-on experience in advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboards,
and data analysis). /n Proven experience in customer retention for Home Loan and/or Loan Against Property (LAP)business. /n Experience in insurance business management, compliance, reconciliation, and stakeholder management. /n Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. /n Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. /n /n Experience: /n Relevant experience in Home Loan/LAP portfolio retention and insurance business management preferred.
