PMO – Quality Transformation Program

Location: Remote – India

Contract Duration: 3–4 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced PMO skilled to support the governance and execution of a global Quality Transformation Program.

The role will work closely with Program Leads, Project Managers, business stakeholders and external partners to coordinate workstreams, consolidate updates, track program controls and provide clear visibility of progress, risks, actions and deliverables.

This is a hands-on PMO coordination role focused on execution, reporting, governance and follow-up. Deep technical expertise in Quality systems is not required.

Key Responsibilities

Program Planning & Coordination

- Maintain integrated program plans, milestones and deliverables.
- Consolidate updates from project teams and workstream leads.
- Monitor progress against timelines and identify deviations early.
- Track dependencies across projects, vendors and business functions.

Governance & Reporting
- Prepare weekly/monthly program reports, dashboards and status packs.
- Coordinate governance meetings, steering committees and project reviews.
- Prepare meeting materials, minutes and action trackers.
- Ensure consistent use of PMO templates, standards and reporting processes.

Risk, Issue & Action Management
- Maintain RAID logs covering risks, assumptions, issues and decisions.
- Follow up with action owners on mitigation and resolution activities.
- Escalate delays, blockers and risks to Program Leadership.
- Track actions and decisions through to closure.

Financial & Resource Tracking
- Support budget tracking, forecasting and actuals follow-up.
- Monitor vendor invoices and purchase orders.
- Track resource allocation and capacity across workstreams.
- Support financial updates for program reviews.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Digital teams and external partners.
- Follow up with vendors and implementation partners on commitments and deliverables.




- Prepare clear and concise updates for leadership and project teams.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned actions and deliverables.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 7+ years of experience in PMO, project coordination or project management.
- Experience supporting transformation, digital, IT or business change programs.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, governance, status reporting and action tracking.
- Good understanding of RAID and dependency management.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent organization, communication and follow-up skills.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and teams.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Consumer Health or Manufacturing.
- Exposure to Quality systems such as Veeva QMS, Veeva RIM, LIMS, TrackWise, MasterControl or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting global programs with multiple stakeholders, sites and vendors.
- Familiarity with GxP, Quality, Regulatory or Validation processes.
- Experience with Power BI, MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira or similar tools.
- Experience working with stakeholders across Europe and India.

Reporting & Engagement The PMO will report to the Quality Transformation Lead and support the Quality Transformation roadmap through planning, delivery tracking, reporting and governance activities.

Positioning: The role focuses on execution, coordination, consolidation and follow-up, rather than independent ownership of the overall program governance model or strategic decision-making.

Occasional travel may be required depending on program needs.
