JOB OVERVIEW Technical Requirements (Must Have) • Experience supporting or administering enterprise systems in product development or supply chain.

- Strong understanding of product data structures including product, materials, BOM, attributes, workflows, and vendor data.
- Experience with integrations between enterprise systems and ERP (ex. SAP S4 or ECC). • SQL proficiency for data validation, troubleshooting, and analysis.
- Familiarity with interface technologies such as REST, SOAP, IDoc, JSON, and XML. • Ability to support production systems including issue triage, root cause analysis, and prioritization.
- Experience configuring system workflows, permissions, and business rules.
- Experience leading enhancements, releases, UAT,



and cross-functional delivery.
- Robust communication and documentation skills.
- Minimum 3 years in a Team Lead or similar role.

Nice to Have (Preferred, Not Required) • Experience with PLM systems, including configuration or support.

- Centric PLM knowledge or certification.
- Clear understanding of product development processes in apparel, footwear, or consumer goods.
- Experience integrating PLM with SAP, CRM, PIM, or data warehouse tools.
- Power BI or Tableau dashboard or KPI reporting experience.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project tools.
- Exposure to structured change management approaches.
- Data analytics or visualization certifications
