Role Description The Planning Engineer role at NCC Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Pimpri Chinchwad.

The Planning

Engineer will develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate planning activities with project and site teams, and monitor progress against milestones to ensure timely execution.

Responsibilities include preparing detailed work breakdown structures, resource and production plans, updating timelines, and supporting project control processes such as tracking costs, quantities,



and productivity. The role involves analyzing project data to identify risks, deviations, and optimization opportunities, and preparing regular reports and dashboards for management review.

The Planning

Engineer will collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and procurement teams, and communicate clearly with stakeholders to align plans with site realities and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Planning and Production Planning skills for scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and Project Control capabilities for monitoring progress, managing risks, and supporting cost and time control.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for coordination with site teams, management, and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should have proficiency in project planning software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera or similar), along with solid MS Excel skills.
- Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline; relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work in fast-paced in office environments while adhering to safety and quality standards.
