Minimize forced outages through continuous monitoring and preventive actions. Conduct routine site visits, identify abnormalities, and coordinate corrective measures with maintenance teams.

Supervise erection and commissioning activities of Boiler, Auxiliaries,
Weigh Bridge, and Water Treatment Plant. Ensure proper execution and integration with civil and mechanical systems. Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to timelines.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution and optimization of systems. Conduct site surveys, track daily activities, and submit progress reports to management.
Safety&Compliance
Ensure all operational and project activities are carried out in compliance with safety standards, operating procedures, and statutory requirements.
