We're Hiring: EPIC MASTER – ROI Samurai

We're looking for an EPIC MASTER for our upcoming ROI Samurai program—someone who can lead, execute, and build performance marketers from scratch.

What Students Will Learn

Performance mindset → Decoding client briefs → Ad account setup → Tracking & attribution → CAC & LTV analysis → Media planning → Budget optimisation → Segmentation → Creative strategy → Landing pages → Launching high-performance campaigns.

Who We're Looking For

- Hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end.
- Robust understanding of performance funnels, campaign structures,



and conversion journeys.
- Ability to break down and teach client briefs, campaign objectives, and business goals.
- Experience in setting up tracking systems, pixels, events, and attribution models.
- Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, and unit economics, and how to optimise for profitability.
- Ability to guide students in building performance media plans and budget allocation strategies.
- High-energy facilitator who can run interactive, workshop-style sessions.
- Deep passion for teaching and mentoring, with the ability to simplify complex performance concepts into actionable steps.
