We are looking for an experienced Performance Analyst to join our Finance Transformation team and play a key role in delivering global template deployments and business change initiatives across Finance.

What You'll Do ✅ Lead business change and organisational readiness activities for Finance transformation programmes and SAP deployments ✅ Develop and execute change management, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies ✅ Conduct change impact assessments, readiness assessments, UAT coordination, deployment planning, and Early Life Support activities ✅ Partner with Finance, Technology, Product, and Delivery teams to drive successful programme outcomes ✅ Translate business requirements into user stories, work packages, and delivery plans ✅ Support Agile delivery through backlog management, sprint planning, and Program Increment (PI) planning ✅ Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges across multiple teams ✅ Drive adoption of current processes, systems,



and ways of working across global stakeholder groups What We're Looking For ✔ 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Change Management, PMO, or Finance Transformation ✔ Hands-on experience supporting SAP implementations (SAP ECC/S4HANA preferred) ✔ Strong understanding of organisational change management methodologies ✔ Experience with business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training strategy ✔ Exposure to Agile and Scrum ways of working ✔ Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex transformation programmes ✔ Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline Preferred Experience ⭐ Finance transformation programmes ⭐ SAP deployment and global template rollouts ⭐ Change Impact Assessments & Adoption Planning ⭐ UAT, Training and Deployment Readiness ⭐ SAFe / Agile Programme Delivery ⭐ Downstream or Upstream Finance processes
