Senior PeopleSoft CRM Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior PeopleSoft CRM Developer to design, develop, and support our PeopleSoft CRM solutions, BCI. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with the ability to independently analyze requirements, design robust solutions, and troubleshoot complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop enhancements within the PeopleSoft CRM platform.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Design and develop advanced PeopleCode solutions.
- Build reusable frameworks and services using Application Packages.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Integration Broker and APIs.
- Perform technical analysis, solution design, and impact assessments.
- Optimize application and database performance.
- Support PUM activities, upgrades, and customization reviews.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of PeopleSoft development experience .
- Experience with PeopleTools 8.58+ .
- Strong expertise in:
- PeopleCode
- Application Engine
- Application Packages
- Component Interfaces
- PeopleSoft Events & Event Mapping
- Drop Zones
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle SQL , query tuning,



and performance troubleshooting.
- Robust experience with Integration Broker , REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
- Hands-on experience with Fluid UI development.
- Experience with PUM , Compare Reports, and upgrade impact analysis.
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft security and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

- PeopleTools 8.59+.
- PeopleSoft CRM experience.
- Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.
- OAuth, SSO, and security integrations.
- WebLogic and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) knowledge.

Ideal Candidate A senior technical professional with deep expertise in Application Packages, Integrations, SQL, PeopleSoft Events, and Solution Design , capable of delivering high-quality, maintainable solutions. Note: 8+ Years of experience in IT Industry and 5 Years in PeopleSoft development
