Key Responsibilities

Design complex multilayer PCBs using Altium designer, Siemens Xpedition.

Develop high-speed digital and mixed-signal PCB layouts for products involving DDR, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, SerDes, and other high-speed interfaces.

Perform component placement, routing, constraint management, and signal integrity-driven layout.

Work closely with hardware, mechanical, SI/PI, and manufacturing teams throughout the design cycle.

Create and maintain PCB libraries, footprints, and design documentation.

Conduct design rule checks (DRC), electrical rule checks (ERC), and layout reviews.

Support PCB fabrication, assembly, and debugging activities.

Generate manufacturing outputs including Gerber, ODB++, IPC-2581, and assembly documentation.

Required Skills

7+ years of PCB layout design experience.

Solid hands-on expertise in Siemens Xpedition.

Experience with high-speed PCB design and routing techniques.

Knowledge of signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), impedance control, and EMC/EMI considerations.

Experience with multilayer boards (10+ layers preferred).

Understanding of PCB manufacturing, stack-up creation, and DFM/DFT principles.

Familiarity with schematic tools and PCB design workflows.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of HyperLynx SI/PI analysis.

Experience in server, networking, telecom, aerospace, medical, or automotive products.

Understanding of IPC standards (IPC-2221, IPC-7351, IPC-A-600).

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
