Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll processing, attendance, statutory compliance, and employee payroll queries, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll processing for permanent and contract employees.
- Verify attendance, overtime, leave, incentives, deductions, shift allowances and other payroll inputs.
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely salary processing.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll and attendance records.
- Manage PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with Time Office, HR, Finance and department heads for payroll inputs.
- Process Full & Final Settlement, salary adjustments, arrears and recoveries.
- Prepare payroll MIS, reports and management data.
- Resolve employee salary and payroll-related queries.
- Ensure payroll data accuracy, confidentiality and proper documentation.
- Support payroll audits and statutory inspections.
- Identify payroll discrepancies and take corrective action.
Keka Payroll Preference Hands-on Experience In Keka Payroll Will Be Highly Preferred. Candidates having practical experience in end-to-end Keka Payroll handling , including attendance integration, payroll processing, salary processing, statutory deductions, payroll reports and employee payroll support,
will be given preference . Candidates with experience in other payroll software may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus and Gratuity.
- Hands-on experience with payroll software.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information.
- Manufacturing/plant payroll experience will be preferred.
Qualification Graduate in HR, Commerce, Finance or a related field. Preferred Candidate Candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing, attendance management and statutory compliance, preferably in a manufacturing organization.
Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
