Your Role /n You will be responsible for ensuring that every patient enquiry is handled professionally—from the first phone call/WhatsApp message to appointment booking, follow-up and conversion.
Key Responsibilities /n Patient Handling /n /n
- Welcome and coordinate patients professionally
/n
- Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries
/n
- Understand patient requirements and coordinate consultations
/n
- Maintain patient records and appointment schedules
/n
- Ensure a smooth patient experience
/n /n Lead Management /n /n
- Respond promptly to Google, Meta, Instagram and WhatsApp leads
/n
- Follow up with prospective patients
/n
- Maintain daily lead and follow-up records
/n
- Convert enquiries into consultations
/n
- Follow up with patients who have not booked/attended appointments
/n /n Appointment Management /n /n
- Schedule and confirm appointments
/n
- Coordinate doctor availability
/n
- Confirm appointments one day prior
/n
- Handle cancellations and rescheduling
/n
- Maintain the next-day appointment schedule
/n /n Clinic Coordination /n /n
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists
/n
- Handle payments and basic billing
/n
- Maintain daily reports
/n
- Ensure reception/front desk is organized
/n
- Complete proper handover at the end of the day
/n Who We're Looking For /n We want someone who is: /n ✔ Responsible and punctual /n ✔ Confident speaking with patients /n ✔ Good at communication and follow-ups /n ✔ Comfortable speaking English + Hindi + Marathi /n ✔ Presentable and skilled /n ✔ Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and basic computer applications /n ✔ Able to handle multiple patients and enquiries simultaneously /n ✔ Sales-oriented but not pushy /n ✔ Proactive and capable of working independently /n ✔ Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do Important /n This is not a passive receptionist role . /n We are looking for someone who understands that every patient enquiry is valuable and takes responsibility for converting enquiries into consultations and ensuring that patients receive excellent service.
