Production Planning Executive Packing

Department: PPC – Packing

Experience: 1–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Plan POs, packing schedules, inspection plans, and batch availability.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, Warehouse, and SIP for BPR/PO release and material availability.
- Check BMR/BPR confirmation, batch release, stereos, and packing materials.
- Manage SAP transactions including **GI & Production Confirmation.
- Monitor daily production/packing output and maintain Excel trackers/MIS.
- Plan temporary manpower and OT requirements.
- Monitor raw & packing material inventory in SAP.
- Ensure availability of materials and documents for the next shift.
