- Guide students on overseas education options after understanding their academic profile, career goals and preferences.
- Counsel students on suitable universities, courses, intakes and study destinations.
- Provide guidance on the direct university application process, eligibility criteria and admission requirements.
- Assist students in understanding application requirements, documentation and timelines.
- Advise students on tuition fees, living expenses, scholarships and overall education budgeting.
- Build strong understanding of the international education market, universities and evolving admission trends.
- Coordinate with university recruitment/admission teams and internal application teams to ensure smooth application processing.
- Maintain regular communication with students and provide timely updates throughout the application journey.
- Track application progress and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education.
- Experience in student counselling and/or university recruitment is preferred.
- Good understanding of overseas education markets such as UK, USA, Canada, Australia, France, Germany and other key destinations.
- Robust knowledge of international universities, courses, admission processes and intakes.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills with the ability to understand student requirements and provide relevant guidance.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, CRM and basic analytics/metrics.
- Robust stakeholder management skills and ability to work with university and internal teams.
