About ALFAFUJI

ALFAFUJI Elevator India Private Limited is an emerging elevator and vertical transportation company specializing in new elevator supply & installation, modernization, AMC, maintenance, and elevator-related solutions.

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive to strengthen our sales team in Thiruvananthapuram.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities through field visits and direct prospecting.
- Visit builders, architects, consultants, contractors, MEP companies, hospitals, hotels, residential/commercial buildings, and existing lift owners.
- Generate leads for new elevator projects, modernization, AMC, maintenance, and related services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and decision-makers.
- Conduct regular site visits and understand customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for quotations, site inspections, and project requirements.
- Follow up with prospects from initial enquiry through negotiation and closure.
- Maintain accurate daily visit reports, lead records, and follow-up updates.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.




- Monitor competitor activity and market opportunities.
- Represent ALFAFUJI professionally during client meetings and site visits.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline; technical or engineering background is an advantage.
- 0–3 years of experience in outdoor sales / business development preferred.
- Experience in elevator, construction, MEP, building materials, real estate, or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable with extensive field work and client visits.
- Target-oriented, energetic, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Candidates who can independently generate leads and convert opportunities will be preferred.
