The role requires driving end-to-end change management strategies that accelerate adoption, improve business readiness, and ensure successful realization of transformation goals. /n This is a client-facing consulting leadership role that involves partnering with senior business and technology stakeholders to deliver sustainable organizational change across complex enterprise environments. /n /n Roles &

Responsibilities: /n Transformation Leadership /n /n

- Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) workstreams for large-scale PLM transformation programs.

/n

- Develop change strategies aligned with business objectives, transformation roadmaps, and value realization goals.

/n

- Partner with executive sponsors and business leaders to define success metrics and transformation outcomes.

/n

- Guide organizations through process, culture, and operating model changes.

- Design and execute enterprise-wide change management frameworks and governance models.

- Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and readiness evaluations.

- Drive communication plans, leadership engagement initiatives, and change adoption programs.

- Develop and implement training, learning, and capability-building strategies.

/n

- Manage business transition and deployment readiness activities across multiple program phases.

- Build strong relationships with C-level executives, business functions, and IT teams.

- Create compelling change narratives and executive communications.

- Establish change champion networks to support transformation adoption.

- Collaborate with PMO/TMO teams to integrate change management into overall program delivery.

- Ensure alignment between business, technology, and transformation workstreams.

- Track adoption KPIs and change effectiveness metrics.

- Identify risks, resistance points, and mitigation strategies to improve transformation outcomes.

- 12+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Transformation Consulting, or Business Transformation.

- Proven experience leading OCM initiatives for PLM transformation programs.
