- Solution Design

- Conduct client workshops and requirement gathering sessions.

- Analyze business requirements and recommend Oracle leading-practice solutions.

- Time Collection and Time Entry Rules

- Leave and Accrual Plans

- Public Holiday Calendars

- Payroll Integration

Oracle Time &

- Labor Configuration

- Configure:

- Time Entry Layouts

- Time Consumer Sets

- Worker Time Processing Profiles

- Time Categories

- Time Entry Rules

- Time Calculation Rules

- Rule Sets

- Time Device Integrations

- Approval Workflows

- Configure overtime, shift differential, premium pay, and labor costing requirements.

- Develop and validate Rapid Formulas for Time &
- Labor processing.

Absence Management Configuration

- Configure:

- Absence Types

- Qualification Plans

- Accrual Plans

- Carry Forward Rules

- Vesting Rules

- Eligibility Profiles

- Absence Certifications

- Donation and Shared Leave Programs

- Design country-specific and client-specific leave policies.

- Support statutory leave compliance requirements.

Implementation &

- Testing

- Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, and deployment activities.

- Support data migration using HDL/HSDL.

- Coordinate with payroll, benefits, and Core HR workstreams.

- Validate time and absence transactions integrated with payroll processing.

Client &

- Stakeholder Management





- Act as a trusted advisor to HR, Payroll, and Operations stakeholders.

- Facilitate solution design workshops and process discussions.

- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scenarios.

Post Go-Live Support

- Troubleshoot functional issues and production incidents.

- Support quarterly Oracle updates and impact assessments.

- Provide enhancement recommendations and optimization opportunities.

Experience Requirements

- 6-8 years of Oracle HCM experience.

- Oracle Absence Management

- Experience integrating Time &

- Labor with Oracle Payroll is highly preferred.

- Experience handling global leave and attendance requirements preferred.

- Consulting or client-facing implementation experience preferred.
