Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience & skills)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in the footwear industry to manage and streamline day-to-day store/business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of footwear stores/outlets.
- Monitor sales, stock availability, inventory movement, and replenishment.
- Supervise and manage store staff and ensure optimum manpower utilization.
- Track operational KPIs and support achievement of sales targets.
- Ensure proper stock handling, inward/outward processes, and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor store presentation, visual merchandising, cleanliness, and SOP compliance.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Coordinate with warehouse, purchase, accounts, HR, and management teams.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor stock discrepancies, damages, returns, and losses.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.




- Ensure smooth implementation of company policies and processes across outlets.

Candidate Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in footwear retail/operations.
- Strong understanding of footwear store operations and inventory management.
- Experience in handling and supervising store teams.
- Good knowledge of sales and operational reporting.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple outlets/tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/POS/inventory management systems will be an advantage.
- Graduate preferred.
