Role Description The Operations Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Maharashtra, India.

The Operations

Manager will oversee day-to-day facility management operations, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring housekeeping, technical services, security, and support services to ensure smooth and effective service delivery. This role includes managing teams and supervisors, allocating resources, tracking performance against service-level agreements, and resolving operational issues promptly.

and maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities also include reporting on operational metrics, optimizing costs, supporting staff training, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management and team leadership skills, with experience supervising multi-disciplinary facility services.
- Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for housekeeping, technical services, security, and support functions.
- Ability to manage client relationships, handle escalations professionally, and ensure adherence to service-level agreements.
- Knowledge of safety, compliance, and quality standards relevant to facility management across industrial and commercial environments.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including familiarity with operational reporting, cost control, and process optimization.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Experience in facility management, hospitality, manufacturing, healthcare, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, travel between client locations within Maharashtra as required, and manage operations in a dynamic environment.
