BBM Solutions is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our growing team and help build scalable, high-performance business operations.
As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in managing teams, improving processes, driving productivity, maintaining quality, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our business services.
? Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead operational teams
Monitor daily performance, productivity & KPIs
Develop and improve SOPs and business processes
Manage BPO/customer-support operations and client requirements
Coordinate with sales, HR, technology and management teams
Implement AI, automation and CRM-based workflows
Ensure data accuracy, security and operational compliance
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
Prepare MIS, performance reports and management dashboards
Support client onboarding and maintain strong client relationships
? What We’re Looking For
Experience in Operations / BPO / Customer Service / Business Process Management
Strong leadership and team-management skills
Good understanding of KPIs, MIS and process optimization
Ability to work with CRM, Excel and digital tools
Problem-solving and decision-making mindset
Exposure to AI, automation, data management or cybersecurity is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
