Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Telesales & Operations Executive with a strong background in home healthcare. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming enquiries, understanding client/patient requirements, converting enquiries into confirmed services, and coordinating the day-to-day deployment of nurses and caretakers.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in home healthcare operations, nurse/caretaker assignments, client coordination and telesales/conversion, along with a good understanding of healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

Telesales & Client Conversion

- Handle incoming calls, enquiries and leads for home healthcare services.
- Understand the patient's requirements and recommend appropriate services.
- Explain services, pricing, terms and availability clearly to clients and family members.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, conversions and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales/conversion targets.

Home Healthcare Operations

- Coordinate and manage assignments for nurses, caretakers and other home healthcare staff.
- Match staff availability and skills with patient requirements.
- Coordinate staff deployment, replacements, leave requirements and shift changes.
- Ensure timely attendance and continuity of services.
- Maintain regular communication with patients/families and deployed staff.




- Handle operational issues and resolve client/staff concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of home healthcare services.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain updated client, patient and staff records.
- Track assignments, attendance, replacements and service status.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions and operational activities.
- Ensure proper handover and documentation of new assignments.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3–4 years of experience, preferably in home healthcare.
- Healthcare/medical background is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in handling nurse and caretaker assignments is essential.
- Experience in telesales, lead conversion, client servicing or healthcare sales.
- Good understanding of home healthcare services and patient requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple calls, clients and operational requirements simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare workplace.
- Should be proactive, responsible and target-oriented.

- Preferred Candidate: A healthcare professional with 3–4+ years of home healthcare experience, who can independently handle both client conversion and day-to-day nurse/caretaker coordination.
