Role Description
We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our growing beauty brand. You will work across three key areas: customer support, order deliveries and inventory management, ensuring customers receive a smooth experience from the moment they place an order until it reaches their doorstep. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, proactive, detail-oriented and enjoys solving problems.
What you'll do
Customer Support
- Manage daily customer queries across WhatsApp, email and other support channels.
- Help customers with order status, delivery delays, address changes, replacements and other order-related concerns.
- Handle customer concerns with empathy and ensure issues are followed through to resolution.
- Proactively communicate with customers when there are delays or delivery issues.
Orders and Logistics
- Manage day-to-day order processing and fulfilment.
- Coordinate with the packing team to ensure orders are dispatched on time.
- Track delayed, stuck and undelivered shipments and coordinate with courier partners for resolution.
- Manage NDRs, RTOs, reshipments and replacement orders.
- Escalate recurring or unresolved delivery issues when required.
Inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory and order trackers.
- Monitor stock levels and flag low-stock situations.
- Track incoming inventory and restocks.
- Support regular stock reconciliation and inventory counts.
- Ensure inventory and order information is accurately maintained across systems.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, customer support or a similar role.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and maintaining trackers.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Good at following up and taking tasks through to closure.
- Comfortable coordinating with customers, courier partners and internal teams.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and solve day-to-day problems independently.
- Willing to learn quickly and take ownership.
Experience with a D2C or e-commerce brand is a plus, but not mandatory.
