As an Operations Executive at faff, you'll be the backbone of the future of personal assistance services, transforming how people delegate their daily chores. It’s a hands-on operational role where you’ll solve real-life problems for real people every day, often in creative, unexpected ways.

You’ll be joining one of the earliest training batches at faff and working directly with the founding team while helping build the systems, and experiences that shape how the company operates as we scale. If you love figuring things out, taking ownership, and thriving in rapid-moving environments, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities and past experience:

- Strong verbal communication: can talk to people and get things done
- High sincerity: follows up on tasks, timelines, and deadlines without needing constant supervision
- Past experience as an EA would be helpful, but not mandatory
- Adjacent experience in fields like hospitality is also helpful
- Less than 2 years of work experience
- Looking for fresh grads with high energy, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow

Job Details:

- Position: Full-Time Operations Executive
- Mode of work: Onsite, HSR Layout, Bangalore
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week (60 hrs per week)
- Batch Training & Joining Date: 7th-14th September
