This role involves ensuring seamless coordination with doctors, addressing their operational challenges, and enhancing patient care delivery.
Key Responsibilities: ● Doctor Coordination: Plan schedules, align doctors for surgeries, and ensure timely hospital arrival. ● Doctor Operations: Address operational challenges and provide effective solutions. ● Doctor Counselling: Train newly onboarded doctors on OPDs and patient interaction. ● Doctor Payouts: Ensure timely and accurate payout processing for doctors. ● Communication Liaison: Act as a bridge between the Sales and doctor teams,
ensuring effective information exchange.
