The Operations Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing event and production operations. This role ensures smooth workflow across departments, manages logistics, and supports the delivery of high-quality events and productions that meet client expectations.

- Budget & Resource Management: Monitor operational expenses, optimize resource allocation, and ensure cost efficiency.

- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with creative, technical, and administrative teams to ensure seamless execution.

- Reporting: Prepare post-event reports, feedback analysis, and recommendations for process improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

- Any Degree is Preferred.

- Both Male & Female candidates are eligible to apply.

- 1 - 2 years of experience in operations, data entry, preferably in events or production.

- Solid organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Knowledge of event production equipment and logistics.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
