We are seeking an experienced
Senior Business Development Managerto lead revenue growth for our IT services in the
India market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
IT services sales, with experience in selling technology solutions and services to clients in the
Manufacturing and Automobile industries.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the India market to drive growth in IT services revenue.
- Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise customers for IT services offerings.
- Generate new leads through networking, partnerships, and industry engagement.
- Work closely with technical teams, solution architects,
and delivery teams to create customized client solutions.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and closing.
Technical Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in business development or sales within IT services or technology solutions.
- Proven track record of selling IT services,
- Solid network within enterprise IT decision-makers in India.
- Strong consultative sales and solution-selling skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Professional Experience:
Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Good Team management skills and work closely with other peers
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
