Role & responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

- Lead end-to-end execution of construction activities for plotted developments,bungalow projects, and residential buildings
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, execution plans, and resource deployment
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, quality standards, and approvedbudgets

Construction Management

- Oversee site execution including civil works, infrastructure development, finishingactivities, and contractor coordination
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, andproject quality benchmarks
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve execution bottlenecks Horizontal & Vertical Development
- Manage infrastructure works including roads, drainage, water supply, electrification, landscaping, and plotting development
- Supervise apartment and bungalow construction across multiple stages of execution
- Ensure seamless integration between infrastructure and building development activities

Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments for smooth project execution
- Work closely with procurement, approvals, legal, finance, and sales teams
- Participate in management reviews and provide regular progress updates Cost,



Quality & Compliance Management
- Monitor project budgets, contractor billing, BOQs, material consumption, and cost optimization initiatives
- Implement quality control systems and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Ensure adherence to statutory approvals, technical specifications, and construction best practices

Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor site engineers, project teams, and execution partners
- Drive accountability, productivity, and execution discipline across teams
- Build strong coordination mechanisms between multiple stakeholders and agencies

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 1416 years in real estate/construction project execution
- Strong experience in both:

- Horizontal development plotted layouts, infrastructure, bungalow

development
- Vertical development residential apartment/high-rise projects

• Strong understanding of overall project management in real estate/construction
- Expertise in planning, execution, contractor management, budgeting, and quality control
- Robust leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment
