nnWe are looking for a friendly, customer-centric Junior Journey Nurturer to be the first point of

ncontact for leads coming from our digital platforms (social media, website, emails). Your goal is to

nmake a great first impression, capture the customer's requirements, and keep them engaged

nthrough their preferred communication channel until they are ready to talk to our core sales team.

nnKey Responsibilities:

nn Lead Capture: Monitor inbound inquiries from social media, emails, and website forms, responding

npromptly.

nnPersonalized Communication: Reach out to leads via their preferred method—whether that is a

nphone call, WhatsApp chat, or video call.

nn Relationship Building: Act as a friendly guide. Answer basic questions and build a rapport without

npushing for a hard sale.





nnConsistent Follow-up: Keep in touch with leads regularly, providing them with helpful information

nto keep their interest warm.

nn Sales Handover: Identify when a customer is showing solid buying signals and smoothly transfer

nthe lead to our Senior Sales Representatives for technical discussions and closing.

nnCRM Management: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions and preferences in

nour system.

nnRequirements:

nn 1 to 2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or basic inside sales.

nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.

nn High empathy and patience to handle customer inquiries.

nnBasic tech-savviness to navigate social media platforms, chat tools, and CRM software.
