Role Description The Online Education Teacher Intern is a full-time remote role focused on supporting digital learning programs across PPStack’s online courses and training initiatives. In this role, the intern will assist in planning and structuring lessons, developing interactive teaching materials, and adapting curriculum for virtual delivery.

Day-to-day responsibilities include facilitating online classes or practice sessions, responding to learner queries, providing feedback on assignments, and supporting student engagement through discussion forums and live sessions. The intern will collaborate with senior educators and course designers to refine teaching content,



integrate AI-powered tools, and ensure a smooth learning experience for diverse learners. Additional tasks may involve basic data tracking on learner progress, contributing ideas to improve instructional design, and participating in team meetings to align on educational goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Lesson Planning and Teaching skills to design and deliver transparent, structured online learning experiences.
- Candidates should possess foundational Education and Training skills to support curriculum implementation and learner development.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms and engage diverse learners in a virtual environment.
- Comfort with online teaching platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and basic digital productivity tools (e.g., video conferencing, shared documents).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with global teams.
- Interest in EdTech, AI-powered learning, or digital skills education; prior tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience is beneficial.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a learner-centric mindset focused on inclusivity and continuous improvement.
