Role Description The Offset Printing Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring offset printing machines to produce printed materials according to job specifications. This full-time, on-site role is based in Delhi and involves preparing plates, inks, and paper, adjusting machine settings, and ensuring efficient production runs. Day-to-day tasks include performing test runs, checking registration and color accuracy, inspecting output for defects, and making necessary adjustments to maintain print quality.

The operator will also carry out routine maintenance, clean machinery and work areas, follow safety and quality standards,



and coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Machine Operation skills and experience working with offset printing Machinery.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including the ability to inspect printed output and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Candidates should possess skill in using Hand Tools for minor adjustments, maintenance, and repairs on printing equipment.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
- Prior experience as an offset printing machine operator or in a similar printing production role is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of basic mechanical troubleshooting, print processes, and safety procedures is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, manage repetitive tasks, and handle materials safely is required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in printing technology or related fields is an advantage.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month

Working hours: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM

Lunch break: 30 minutes

Weekly off: Tuesday

Overtime: Extra pay for overtime work
