- Mobilize candidates esp. girls/women for skill programs on Apparel, Textile (core work)
- Conduct basis level counselling and screening. Thereafter facilitate enrolment into the skilling program (core work)
- K uild rapport in the community by facilitating linkage of government schemes for the community members esp. those schemes available for youths and women
- Networking and building relationship with all key stakeholders in the community PRI members, Govt. line dept officials, local NGO functionaries, field level functionaries (ASHA, AWW), local influencers
