Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in the Pune District.

The Occupational

Therapist will assess children’s developmental, motor, sensory, and behavioral needs and design individualized intervention plans to support their participation in daily routines and school activities.

Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, maintaining detailed progress records, collaborating with teachers and caregivers, and providing guidance on classroom modifications and home-based strategies.



The role also involves educating families on developmental milestones and supporting multidisciplinary initiatives to enhance overall child well-being and inclusion within the center.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assessment, intervention planning, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess relevant knowledge Pediatrics to understand child development, clinical conditions, and safety considerations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals, and to explain therapeutic goals clearly.
- Recognized degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution; appropriate qualified registration or license as required.
- Experience working with children in early childhood, school, or pediatric clinical settings is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment and adapt interventions to classroom and play-based settings.
- Strong observational skills, empathy, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to safeguarding and child protection standards.
