About the Role:

We are establishing a state-of-the-art Omniverse Center of Excellence (CoE) to enable smart factory solutions leveraging NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim, CuOpt, and AI-driven digital twin technologies. The Omniverse Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing digital twin simulations, AI-based factory solutions, and robotics workflows.

This is a hands-on technical and architectural role that combines deep expertise in simulation, AI, and robotics with strategic solution design for industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement digital twin solutions for smart factories, including factory commissioning, operational simulation, and process optimization.
- Lead hands-on development using Isaac Sim for robotics simulation, training, and digital twin integration.
- Design and execute synthetic data generation pipelines for AI perception and training models.
- Implement AI-driven quality checks and predictive maintenance solutions using Metropolis and Omniverse data.




- Develop CuOpt-based path planning and route optimization for autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and logistics workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Plant Operations, Safety, Maintenance, Sustainability) to translate industrial requirements into Omniverse simulations.
- Provide best practices and standards for Omniverse modeling, simulation fidelity, and AI model training within the CoE.
- Create proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions demonstrating Omniverse capabilities for internal and client projects.
- Maintain awareness of latest NVIDIA Omniverse, AI, and robotics technologies and integrate them into COE practices.
- Integration with Azure Digital Twin or similar technologies, IOT sensor data.
- Integration with other backend systems like MES etc.

Key Skills & Expertise:

Technical Skills

- Isaac Sim: Hands-on experience in robotics simulation, training pipelines, and digital twin creation.
- Omniverse: Strong knowledge of collaborative simulation, 3D workflows, and industrial application integration.
- Synthetic Data & AI: Experience in synthetic dataset generation, AI perception model training, and deployment.
- CuOpt / Optimization: Expertise in path planning, logistics optimization, and AMR navigation.
- Robotics & Factory Automation: Experience in robot programming, training, and operations simulation.
- Quality & Analytics: Implement AI-based quality inspections and process analytics.
- Azure or AWS Digital twin/IOT integration.
- Strong Knowledge of Python and experience in creating Robotic simulations and training.
- Understanding of 3d pipeline, Creo/Maya, to 3d twins, Textures & Material handling.

Soft Skills:

- Strong architectural thinking and ability to design scalable industrial solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with business, operations, and technical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, mentoring, and communication skills.
