Role Description The Occupational Healthcare Sales role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai, responsible for driving sales of onsite and wellness programs to corporate clients, insurance partners, schools, and other institutions. Day-to-day activities include identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, conducting client meetings and presentations, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams to design suitable wellness solutions, preparing proposals and quotations, and ensuring timely follow-up with prospects and existing clients. The individual will maintain accurate sales records, monitor market trends, and support implementation teams to ensure smooth delivery of services. Regular coordination with operations and logistics teams is required to align client commitments with service execution and support revenue growth targets (approximately INR 40,000 per month).

Qualifications

- Experience in expediting and working as an expeditor to ensure timely coordination between clients and internal teams.




- Skills in project management and expediting to manage multiple client engagements and wellness program rollouts efficiently.
- Knowledge of inspection processes to review service quality, documentation, and compliance for onsite health programs.
- Logistics management capabilities to coordinate schedules, resources, and onsite activities with health providers and client locations.
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, insurance, or B2B sales is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai and nearby regions for client visits and onsite program coordination.
