Job Summary

NivaraOne Healthcare Private Limited is looking for compassionate, responsible, and dedicated Caregivers and Home Healthcare Nurses to provide quality, personalized care to patients in their homes. The role involves supporting patients with their daily needs while ensuring their comfort, safety, dignity, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other daily activities.
- Support patients with walking, mobility, positioning, and transferring.
- Monitor the patient's health condition and report any changes to the family or NivaraOne supervisor.
- Assist with medication as per the care plan and within the candidate's training and scope of practice.
- Assist with feeding and meal preparation according to the patient's dietary requirements.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and attentive patient care.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of the patient's surroundings.
- Follow the care plan and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
- Maintain patient privacy, dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
- Maintain proper communication with the patient's family and NivaraOne Healthcare team.





Eligibility CriteriaFor Nurses
- B.Sc Nursing / DGNM / ANM
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates willing to work 24-hour home-care duty are preferred.

For Caregivers
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Relevant Caregiving Certification.
- Previous experience in caregiving, nursing assistance, or home healthcare is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of patient care, hygiene, and safety.
- Physically fit, responsible, compassionate, and patient-friendly.
- Willingness to work 12-hour / 24-hour shifts.
