Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and place nursing professionals including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and Allied Healthcare candidates.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for travel nursing, local contracts, and permanent placements.
- Build strong pipelines through job boards, referrals, and database mining.
- Evaluate licenses, certifications, specialty experience, and compliance documents.
- Coordinate interviews, submissions, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
- Negotiate compensation, availability, and contract terms with candidates.
- Maintain candidate engagement and reduce fall-offs.
- Work on priority requirements and ensure quick turnaround time (TAT).
- Maintain accurate ATS records and candidate status updates.
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals for repeat placements

Required Skills

- 1+ years of experience in US healthcare staffing or nurse recruitment.
- Strong understanding of nursing specialties, certifications,



and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, job boards, and sourcing tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closure skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and high-volume requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in US Night Shifts.
- Basic computer proficiency including Outlook, Microsoft Office, and internet research.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

- Good communication and listening skills.
- Prior experience in US Healthcare Staffing, US Recruitment, Healthcare Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition will be preferred.
- Exposure to platforms such as HWL, StafferLink, OneStaff Medical, Ceipal, or similar ATS/VMS systems will be an advantage.
- Experience in sourcing Nurses, Allied Healthcare Professionals, LPNs, LVNs, CNAs, RNs, or other healthcare roles is preferred.
