About the Role

Clinic Dermatech is looking for a qualified and responsible Nurse to join our clinical team at our Sector 53, Gurgaon location.

The ideal candidate should have good basic nursing skills, a patient-friendly approach, and an interest or experience in dermatology and aesthetic treatments. The nurse will support doctors during consultations and procedures and ensure patients receive safe and comfortable care.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and prepare patients for consultations and treatments.
- Check and record basic patient information and vital signs.
- Assist doctors during dermatology and aesthetic procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, consumables, and other clinical supplies.
- Have practical knowledge of aesthetic treatments and basic dermatology procedures.
- Assist with cannula-related procedures as required and within the nurse's authorized scope of practice.
- Collect, label, handle, and maintain patient samples according to clinic protocols.
- Provide pre- and post-treatment care and explain basic after-care instructions to patients.
- Monitor patients during and after procedures and immediately inform the doctor about any unusual reaction or concern.
- Follow proper hygiene, sterilization, infection-control, and biomedical-waste disposal practices.
- Maintain accurate patient and treatment records.
- Check availability and expiry of medicines, consumables, and clinical supplies.




- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of treatment rooms.
- Support the clinic team in providing a smooth and qualified patient experience.
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration as applicable.
- Experience in a dermatology, aesthetic, cosmetology, hospital, or specialty clinic will be preferred.
- Good understanding of aesthetic treatments and clinical procedures.
- Comfortable assisting with cannula-based procedures and sample collection, within the applicable scope of practice.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Patient-friendly, professional, and well-groomed personality.
- Positive attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, cosmetology, or a similar clinical setting will be preferred. Freshers with strong nursing fundamentals and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
