We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Newspaper Designer to join our Hindi daily, Nava Bharat. Started in 1934, Nava Bharat is Central India's premier Hindi Newspaper. Operating a total of six editions at Bhopal. Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Chhindwara, and Satna. /n If you have a passion for visual storytelling, strong layout skills, and an eye for typography in Hindi and English. We'd love to hear from you. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n
- Design and layout daily newspaper pages in Hindi, ensuring visual appeal and readability
/n
- Collaborate with editorial teams to translate content into engaging layouts
/n
- Create infographics, and visual elements to enhance news presentation
/n
- Maintain consistency in typography, grid systems, and overall visual identity
/n
- Handle breaking news layouts under tight deadlines
/n /n Requirements /n /n
- 1-5 years of experience as a designer (preferably in publications)
/n
- Proficiency in QuarkExpress, Indesign, Photoshop and Adobe creative suite
/n
- Knowledge of infographic design and data visualization
/n
- Strong understanding of Hindi & English typography and layout conventions
/n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
/n
- Attention to detail and strong visual sense
