- Monitor switches, routers, firewalls, access points, and links using NMS tools.
- Ensure uptime and connectivity of WAN, LAN, and VPN links.
- Monitor & co-ordination with respective OEM for the leased line connectivity for MDL.
- Monitor firmware versions and warranty status.
- Track network topology and changes.
- Monitor firewall logs for unauthorized access or threats.
- Identify and escalate intrusion attempts, port scans, or anomalies.
- Ensure compliance with basic security policies and access control lists (ACLs).
- Veri, configuration backups of critical network devices.
- Log, analyze, and respond to network alerts and user-reported issues.
- Perform basic troubleshooting (port flapping, link drops, etc.).
- Escalate complex or recurring issues to L2/L3/network OEMs.
