Ru Collective is looking for a multidisciplinary creative who enjoys wearing multiple hats and bringing ideas to life across different formats. /n This entry level role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable designing a brand identity, creating illustrations, editing a reel, or adding motion to static designs. We care less about job titles and years of experience, and more about your ability to think creatively, solve problems, and produce strong work. /n What You'll Do /n /n

- Design wedding invitations, stationery and event collateral

/n

- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for weddings and events

/n

- Create custom illustrations, motifs, monograms, patterns and visual assets

/n

- Design social media content, brand assets and presentations

/n

- Assist with branding and visual identity projects

/n

- Edit videos for social media and marketing campaigns

/n

- Create basic motion graphics and animations

/n

- Support creative ideation and campaign development

/n

- Adapt designs across both digital and print formats

/n

- Work across different visual styles, clients and industries

/n /n What We're Looking For /n /n

- Strong understanding of design fundamentals, layout, typography, composition and visual hierarchy

/n

- Strong illustration skills

/n

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

/n

- Proficient in Drawing & other Artistic skills (Procreate)

/n

- Basic to intermediate skills in After Effects,



Premiere Pro or equivalent tools

/n

- Ability to adapt to different visual styles and industries

/n

- Strong attention to detail and ownership over your work

/n

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

/n /n Contract & Potential Full-Time Opportunity /n This role will begin with a 3-month contract period , which will serve as an initial probationary period for both you and the team to work together, understand expectations, and assess overall fit. /n At the end of the 3 months, based on performance, contribution, and mutual fit, there is potential for the role to transition into a full time position with Ru Collective . /n /n
