Your role will involve transforming scripts, ideas, and concepts into engaging, attention-grabbing videos that deliver impact. /n Responsibilities /n • Create motion graphics for social media videos, explainers, and long-form content. /n • Transform scripts into visually engaging, retention-focused videos. /n • Design clean, up-to-date, high-impact visual systems.



/n • Collaborate closely with writers, editors, and creative teams to bring ideas to life. /n • Take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery. /n • Understand pacing, transitions, typography, composition, and storytelling through motion. /n Qualifications /n • Strong working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop. /n • Good understanding of design principles, animation, visual hierarchy, and pacing. /n • Ability to create polished motion graphics with clean execution. /n • Strong sense of timing, composition, typography, and transitions. /n • Ability to understand scripts and convert them into engaging visual stories. /n • Ownership mindset with the ability to handle projects end-to-end. /n • Strong collaboration skills while working with editors, writers, and other creative team members. /n Required Skills /n We're looking for someone who thinks beyond templates and plugins - someone who understands why a frame moves, not just how to move it.
