- Manage mortgage sales through DSA channels, focusing on Home Loans, LAP Loans, and other mortgage products.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into profitable deals by cross-selling relevant products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues in a timely manner.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in mortgage loans (Home Loans & LAP) sales or related field.
- Strong understanding of various types of mortgage loans (Home Loans, LAP Loans) and ability to communicate effectively about their features and perks.
- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients; ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
