We are looking for an experienced MongoDB Engineer with robust hands-on experience in database design, performance optimization, and distributed database environments. Candidates with additional experience in Redis or Kafka will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize MongoDB databases and schemas
- Work with MongoDB Sharding and Replica Sets
- Perform MongoDB performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Monitor and resolve database performance issues
- Design and implement real-time data platforms
- Work on Kafka-based event-driven systems and/or Redis caching architecture
- Troubleshoot consumer lag, cache bottlenecks and database performance issues
- Ensure high availability, scalability and reliability of distributed systems
