nn Key requirements are

n1. Graduation and MBA preferred

n2. Experience of 8- 12 years

n1. Achieve sales target for assigned territory (Urban & Rural)

n2. Manage various distribution channels (Direct, Indirect and Alternate)

n3. Plan and achieve product wise and town wise growth

n4. Develop channel in the current markets

n5. Drive device, activation and recharge business through distributors

n6. Manage key retail outlets including modern trade outlets

n7. Ensure implementation and compliance of policies and processes

n8. Monitor and train the team and channel partners
