Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented MIS Data Analytics Expert with 6-10 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, and management information systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and statistical analysis to transform complex data into actionable business insights. The role involves developing dashboards, automating reports, monitoring KPIs, and supporting strategic decision-making through advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities

MIS Reporting & Data Management

- Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports and dashboards for management and business stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
- Design and implement reporting frameworks to support operational and strategic objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate periodic management reports.

Data Analytics & Business Insights
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support business requirements and management decisions.
- Perform root cause analysis and identify areas for process improvement.

SQL & Database Management
- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
- Optimize database queries and reporting processes for improved performance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure productive data flow and accessibility.
- Manage data requirements for reporting and analytical purposes.

Dashboard Development (Power BI & Tableau)
- Design interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau.
- Create executive-level reports with meaningful visual representations of business performance.




- Develop automated reporting solutions and self-service analytics capabilities.
- Ensure dashboard scalability, usability, and performance optimization.

Excel-Based Analytics
- Utilize advanced Excel functions, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and VBA/macros for reporting and analysis.
- Develop data models and reporting templates for business users.
- Automate manual data processing and reporting activities where possible.

Statistical Analysis
- Apply statistical methods to analyze business and operational data.
- Develop predictive and trend-based analyses to support business planning.
- Measure performance indicators and conduct variance analysis.
- Assist stakeholders in interpreting analytical findings and statistical outputs.

Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with business teams, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
