Position: MIS Executive

Locations: Greater Noida | Ghaziabad | Pitampura | Najafgarh

Experience: 1-3 Years

Working Days: 6 Days

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Create and manage automated reporting systems using Google Sheets Automation.
- Develop automation workflows using Google Apps Script.
- Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data management systems.
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve reporting efficiency, speed, and accuracy.
- Manage FMS (Flow Monitoring Sheet) to track workflows, pending tasks, and operational activities.
- Maintain IMS (Inventory Monitoring Sheet) for inventory tracking, stock movement, and reporting.
- Analyze business data and provide accurate insights to management.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection, reporting, and process improvement.




- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all MIS and reporting requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, dashboards, and pivot tables.
- Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script.
- Practical experience in Google Sheets Automation.
- Experience in MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Knowledge of FMS (Flow Monitoring Sheet) and IMS (Inventory Monitoring Sheet).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports, priorities, and deadlines.
- Positive attention to detail and data accuracy.
