Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Developer with 10+ years of IT experience and robust expertise in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM customization and plugin development . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable CRM solutions, integrating enterprise applications, and providing technical leadership for CRM projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions.
- Develop and maintain Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Actions, and Business Process Flows .
- Create and customize Model-Driven Apps using Dataverse.
- Develop integrations using C#, .NET, Web API, REST/SOAP services, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps .
- Work with Power Platform components including Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Develop JavaScript, Ribbon Workbench customizations, and form scripting.
- Optimize CRM performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Participate in solution architecture, code reviews, and technical design discussions.




- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Ensure adherence to security, coding standards, and best practices.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of IT experience with strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 CE .
- Hands-on experience in Plugin Development, Custom Workflow Activities, and C# .NET .
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM Customization and Configuration .
- Experience with Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps .
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, TypeScript .
- Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with external applications and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) .
- Proficiency in SQL Server and FetchXML.
- Experience with source control tools such as Azure DevOps or Git.

Preferred Skills
- Dynamics 365 Certifications.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing modules.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
