We are looking for an experienced leader to manage and drive large-scale Microsoft Power Platform programs across delivery, governance, stakeholder management, and AI-led transformation initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who combines:

? Robust project/program management capability

? Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies

? Experience managing enterprise-scale delivery teams

? Ability to drive AI and Agentic Automation adoption on the Microsoft stack

Experience Required? 20+ years of overall IT experience

? 15+ years in Microsoft technologies

? Proven experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise programs

Key Responsibilities✅ Own end-to-end delivery of multiple Power Platform initiatives

✅ Drive planning, governance, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication

✅ Manage cross-functional teams across development, BA, QA, architecture, and support

✅ Ensure delivery quality, timelines, budgeting, and customer satisfaction

✅ Collaborate with architecture and CoE teams to establish scalable delivery models





✅ Lead adoption of AI-powered automation capabilities using:

- AI Builder
- Copilot Studio
- Microsoft Copilot ecosystem
- Agentic automation patterns

Technical Understanding ExpectedThe ideal candidate should possess strong understanding of:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Dataverse
- Azure integrations
- ALM and DevOps practices
- Enterprise governance models

Leadership Expectations✔ Executive stakeholder management
